HP Brighter Futures offers schools and colleges the chance to maximise their budgets by investing in new HP educational devices whilst gaining up to £125.00 when they trade-in their old devices.
Up to £125 per qualifying device purchased. Schools can claim up to 250 devices per claim, per year. Colleges can claim up to 400 devices per claim, per year. Multi-Academy Trusts can claim up to 1,000 devices per claim, per year. Trade-in devices must be under 8 years old. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of invoice date. Example: Products purchased on the 01 March 2026, the last day of claiming would be 31 March 2026.

Eligibility at a glance.
How do I participate in the Brighter Futures promotion?
To participate, you must be an eligible educational establishment (school, college or academy trust) purchasing qualifying products for your own internal educational use.
To take part:
- Purchase a qualifying product from a participating Brighter Futures reseller during the Promotional Period.
- Submit your claim online within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
- Trade in one (1) eligible device for each qualifying product purchased.
- Ensure your trade-in devices meet the stated eligibility criteria and are collected within the required timeframe.
- Once your claim and trade-in devices have been approved, your reward will be issued in accordance with the programme terms.
All participation is subject to the eligibility requirements, claim caps and timeframes set out in the Terms & Conditions.
What value of reward will I receive?
The reward is fixed per approved trade-in device:
£50.00 or £100.00 cashback per approved trade-in device depending on qualifying product (Standard Reward);
or£75.00 or £125.00 per approved trade-in device if you select the Supply Hub option (includes a £25.00 uplift available through reinvestment).
The reward is payable once your claim has been approved and, where applicable, your trade-in devices have been collected and confirmed as eligible.
Please note:
- Only one trade-in device can be claimed per qualifying product purchased.
- Device caps apply per school, college or trust in line with the programme terms.
