Our support team is available Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) - during business hours. If you need help with an existing claim - please include your claim number in the email subject.
Once your claim has been submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your claim reference number.
Your claim will be reviewed within 5 Business Days. If additional information is required, you may receive a Claim in Query email.
If your claim meets the programme eligibility requirements, it will be approved and our ITAD partner will contact you within 4 Business Days to arrange collection of your trade-in devices. If the claim does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may be rejected in line with the programme terms.
After collection, devices will be assessed to confirm they meet the stated trade-in criteria. Once eligibility has been confirmed, your reward will be processed in accordance with the programme terms.
You can track the status of your claim at any time by logging into your Brighter Futures account and viewing your claims dashboard.
Once submitted, claims cannot be amended.
If additional information is required, your claim may be placed into query and you will be contacted. You must respond within the required timeframe.
If incorrect information has been submitted, a new claim may need to be submitted (subject to the 30-day claim submission window).
Claim updates (including approval, rejection and collection arrangements) are sent by email to the claim contact provided at the time of submission.
